We need fresh recipes for this hot summer. It had been a long time since I dreamed about these popsicles molds on amazon. They were just perfected and were not in plastic with a fuchsia color and in size for children. The adults also love the popsicles… Then when my mom offered me them for my birthday, I was so happy. I made some test between this moment and today, in particular a version with strawberry. Vegan popsicles are very well but especially very simple.
The advantage with popsicles Molds is there is no need for an ice cream maker and very complicated process. For example, here I just used soy yoghurts with some sugar, kiwi slices and granola. But there are so many other ways to do them. I saw on Pinterest a version with chia pudding. It was original and it looked very good too. All this to tell you that you can do it in your own way, for example, you can replace the kiwis with another fruit.
For the granola choice, I chose an organic granola. I find it’s always better to buy organic cereals because those aren’t receive a lot of pesticide and fertilizer. In addition, you can easily find refined sugar-free granola made from whole cereals. For this recipe, prefer a natural granola because I am not sure that the grapes or other dried fruits are very good frozen. You can get inspiration from my version of banana granola by removing the cranberries.
You can add english subtitles to the video.
I hope this recipe will please you and will refresh your summer,
kiwi & granola popsicles
For 8 popsicles
Preparation time : 20 minutes / Freezing time : 6 heures
4 soy yoghurts
1/2 cup granola
2 to 3 tbsp of whole sugar
Whisk soy yoghurt with sugar.
Peel and slice the kiwis.
Start by adding a little granola to the Popsicles mold, then pour the yogurt mixture in half. Add two kiwi slices in each mold and cover with a little yoghurt. Finish with a few pinches of granola.
Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
To unmold, pour a little hot water on the mold. Then, in order to keep it in the freezer, I envelop them with alimentary film.
