I very much want to share with you easy recipes and especially adapted to the daily! It’s important that we detach as much as we can from prepared dishes and other refined products. I know. It’s not easy for everyone because many people are running out of time and I fully understand it. However, if I can share with you easy recipes that you can replicate to eat better then I would be in heaven!
Today, I offer you a great basics: granola. Many French eat cereals in the morning, only these are packed with refined sugar and cereals that will not bring you anything to be in great shape. In the same way, there are unpronounceable components that are not known and which would be better avoided, do not you think?
The homemade granola with superfoods is ultra-easy to make (you can see in the video) and it contains only good things. The dried fruits I add like goji berry or cranberries are known to be rich in antioxidants, a very good thing for your health (and your youth!).

Granola with superfoods
For 1 big jar
Vegan / Gluten free (possible)
Preparation time : 15 minutes / Cooking time : 20-30 minutes
3 cups oatmeal (gluten free if you are intolerant)
2 cups puffed whole rice
2 cups buckwheat husked or grilled
1/4 cup grape seed oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup whole sugar (like rapadura)
2 handles dry superfoods
In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, puffed rice and buckwheat.
In another bowl, combine oil, syrup and sugar. Make it homogeneous. Pour this preparation into the first.
Take your time to mix well.
Leave grains on a covered baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes.
Once cooked, add the superfoods, mix and pour into a jar. I easily keep them for more than three weeks.
