Frankly, you can’t not know the acai bowl. If you follow a little food trends, this is the must. It’s been a long time to talk about it but I still wanted to do an article.
The recipe is simple! Yet it is a true delight that I love to give me the mornings when I have more time. The smoothie is quick to do but I like to focus on the topping. Everything can be be on it, fruits, seeds, coconut flakes, granola, etc. It’s a real pleasure to deal with it.
In addition, açaï will give you energy for the whole day!

For 1 bol
Vegan / Gluten free / Sugar free
Preparation time : 5 minutes
1 frozen banana
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1 or 2 tablespoons açaï powder
+ The topping of your choice
Place all ingredients in a blender and mixer until blended.
Serve in a bowl and have fun with the topping! Everything is allowed 🙂
