Preparation time : 10 minutes / Rest time : 4 hours
125 ml chickpeas water (water from an average tin)
100 g strong black chocolate
1 tbsp icing sugar
Melt the chocolate with 1 teaspoon chickpeas water.
Beat the chickpea water until consistency egg whites. Add the tablespoon of sugar. Still beating. Then add the chocolate and stir.
Pour into ramekins and refrigerate for 4 hours.
