I don’t know if we can really talk about yogurt but I’ve not found a better name, possibly milkshake.. You choose. Anyway, whatever name you give it, it’s simply delicious!
One morning when I had raspberries in the freezer, I wanted to try a culinary experience (little risk, I grant you). I have shed into my mixer 1 bowl of raspberries, 1 cup of soy yoghurt, soy milk and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. I have mixed everything. It’s very simple but good. I have not felt the need to add sugar but if you like it, I urge you to add (prefer a whole sugar).
I prepare it for a few mornings already, I love it. I add to it a fruit or two, here a peach and apricot, goji berries and 1 tablespoon of banana granola.

Yaourt vegan à la framboise et graines de chia
For 1 bowl
Vegan / Gluten free
Preparation time : 5 minutes
1 cup soy yoghurt
1 cup soy milk
1 small bowl of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp chia seeds
Place in blender all ingredients and mix for 2 minutes. Serve.
Feel free to add the topping of your choice!
