So, while I did not have much thing to eat for the next morning, I walked on Pinterest looking for a recipe. This is really very simple and quick to do. In addition, the next morning, it remains only to pour into a bowl and add some toppings of your choice.
I made very simple with just a compote of berries (loaded of vitamins and antioxidants) and some goji berries (superfood, anti-aging-disease-cancer) but you can do much more elaborate with fruit, nuts, etc.

For 1 bowl
Preparation time : 5 minutes / Rest time : 1 night
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
Pour into a jar the oatmeal, flax and chia seeds and add the almond milk. Mix the preparation and add the tablespoon of maple syrup and re-mix.
Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning.
