I discovered there are few broccoli in salads and I love, I find it fresh and light.
I still did not take back classes today, my flu turned into infection, great … So, my appetite is not the highest but the salads are a good compromise. This is particularly simple and good. Few ingredients but the taste. It is also healthy, allowing me to remake my health quickly.

Salade de quinoa, betterave et brocolis
Ingredients for 2 serves :
2 cups broccoli
1/3 cup uncooked quinoa (here a mixture of the three colors)
1 cooked beetroot
4 handles rocket
salt and pepper
Cook broccoli with water and quinoa. Once cooked, let it cool slightly.
Serve the salad with (per serve) 2 handles arugula, 1/2 beet cubed, quinoa, broccoli and feta. Season with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
