I had proposed you Irish Soda Bread’s recipe there is not a very long time, a recipe which I like very much. By leaving of these recipe, I wanted something gluten free and vegan so that it’s even healthier. Of course, it’s bread and you shouldn’t eat it to much (even gluten free!). The dose completed according to me is two slices a day maximum. If I eat some bread, it’s the morning as with this kind of breakfast.
On second thought, I’m realizing that I eat bread less and less… I appreciate these recipe gluten free a lot but it remains very occasional. I prefer at the moment to savour “breakfast bowl” full of fruits. But I am very changeable then that is doubtless fast going to evolve.
In any event, at the moment, I have to eat healthily, I’m in full revision of exam and I have to eat as much as possible of healthy food for boost my brain and everything else of my body (although at the moment it is rather static on a chair and behind an desk). Ha, can’t wait on January 21st in the evening. I would maybe be depressive by missing all my exams but at least, I shall be as free as the air (during 10 days!).
