In France, every first Sunday of the year, it is the “Galette des rois” (French King Cake)! Yummy! It’s really delicious but a little bit fat, I grant you that, puff paste + almond paste, it’s not nothing. But I adore the taste of the almond, it is a delight. At home, we savour it around a tea in the afternoon of Sunday, one moment of relaxation in greed with those who we love.
