The holidays are ended, goodbye foie gras, chocolate, and French King cake. I’m in full revision for my exam and I have to begin again to eat healthily. To restart, I propose you an idea to have breakfast to begin well the day. I began myself this breakfast bowl not long ago and I’m crazy about it. It’s healthy and delicious. There is of overnight chia, yogurt with almond milk, the goji berries and the berries.
Overnight chia :
1 tsp chia seed
2 tsp flax seed
1/2 cup almond milk
Yogurt with almond milk :
1 1/2 tbsp greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk
1. Prepare your overnight the day before. Crush raspberries, add the flax and chia seeds, mix. Add then the almond milk and mix the whole. Place the preparation in a glass jar and place in the refrigerator all night.
2. The following morning, mix the greek yogurt and the almond milk.
3. In a bowl, add the ovenight, the greek yogurt with almond milk, the berries and the goji berries. You can add also as me little of granola for a crunchi side.
