Everything is linked for me at the moment, I have to manage to make everything at the same time. To hold on the duration (more than three weeks!), it’s necessary to eat healthily and well to sleep. To begin the day, I always look for a way to feed well not to be hungry but also appreciate. I looked a lot for recipes in particular, a kind of banana bread to be able to eat me a slice “on the go”. I wanted something healthy and good. Then I browsed numerous blogs and a lot on Pinterest. With several bases, I established my own recipe with what I had in my cupboards.
The cooking is always funny, in particular when you make with what you have. In time which misses me lately, I cannot go shopping always every day and I’m held in once a week and organizing me for the meals. I shall have moreover to speak to you about my very ground technique! As a result, I mixed and adapt ingredients, honestly, it happens that the result is missed but when we know well bases, we get out of it rather good. It’s what I made for these recipe.
Then why it is “healthy“? In the first place, I didn’t put “refined” sugar, I avoid it more and more lately. On the other hand I eat lots of fruits (my weakness) and I use a lot of honey to have a pleasant taste. And then here, I put of the crushed banana which gives good taste. I also added dried figs which have a very sweet but natural taste. If you cannot take place, put some maple syrup or some sugar of coconut. Finally, if you have no that in your cupboards, prefer some cane sugar which remains better than the white sugar.
Then, the numerous seeds which I added are very good for the health, I put linseeds, pumpkin seeds and almonds. You can put also chia seeds or so many others as sesame seeds so good for you.
Finally, oatmeal are perfected for morning as well as the whole wheat flour. I don’t use more than some whole wheat flour. If you are gluten free, I think that the flour of brown rice would be as well just like oatmeal gluten free.
Here we are, the only thing left to do is make out a test! Let me know #cookwithMaryDevinat
