The holidays are ended, at least until Thursday evening. In the meantime, it would not bad be to return to more well-balanced food and much less rich. I don’t know about you but I can swallow nothing more! I far too much ate these last days. That falls well, we are Monday and Monday is always a good day to start to eating well.
Today, I propose you a low in calories salad but very pleasant after these excesses. It is enough for me in itself but if it doesn’t seem to you rather nourishing, you can accompany it with an fried egg, cooked with a little vegetable oil (as olive oil).
Why is this salad detox?
- This salad is high-fiber, thanks to the avocado which contain it a lot, as well as the carrot and the lettuce.
- The avocado would have, according to certain studies, the capacity to repair the damage of the liver, a good point after the abundance of foie gras and champagne.
- The parsley and the avocado possess antioxidants, important for our good health. They protect our cells.
- The olive oil would allow to cut the hunger, of the blow it is simpler to eat less if you don’t feel like eating and therefore, simpler to lose quickly what you took.
For 2 bowls :
1 big avocado
3 big handfuls of lettuce (oak-leaves, mixed salad leaves, etc.)
2 tbsp chiselled parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cider vinegar
salt and pepper
Grate your carrots, chisel the parsley and cut your avocado in cubes.
Take a big bowl, place at first the lettuce, the carrots, the avocado and the parsley.
Season over with the olive oil and the cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
Mix the whole and serve.
