I do not know how took place your Christmas, I hope that it was also joyful and delicious as mine. We made simple but it’s always the best things. As I told it to you yesterday, my grandmother cooked us quails stuffed with red berries and in truffles. It was a delight, I believe that I didn’t eat anything of also good for a long time! We savoured them with a little salad. Before that, there was some foie gras, and as perfects French, we ended with a cheese board and a sweet dessert. I eat very few meat, this time, believe in me, it was really worth it.
Before that, we had thus prepared an attractive table with a red tablecloth, of beautiful plates, candle jars and pine cones. Quite simple but very pretty.
