It is stupid but I discovered this church a little bit accidentally (once again, during one of my Parisian strolls). I often passed in front of it, but with all the works of Les Halles for these last years, it’s difficult being able to admire it. I was really impressed by this monument. Outside any faith, I adore churches. They are soothing and relaxing places. Everything is quiet and silent there. You could abandon me there, I would remain hours there to observe every detail, every paint, every vault, etc. There is so much to see!
This church is Saint-Eustache of Paris (or church Halles). Its construction begins in 1532 but its origins go back to the XIIIth century. I’m not going to give a class to you and a whole description and an analysis of this church, I make it enough at the moment for the faculty but if you want more information, inquire about its past, it’s always interesting. In the meantime, I simply let you discover the photos of the place.
