When I work at home, I sometimes in the afternoon to have sugar cravings. In those moments, it’s just a little “crunch” that I need and cookies satisfy this demand. However, I wanted to find the recipe as healthy as possible (keeping a pleasant taste) to satisfy my cravings. While searching on Pinterest, I came across the site of Ambitious Kitchen precisely who suggested some lovely cookies. I had of course found many oatmeal-based recipe, but it’s not what I wanted. I already eating muesli in the morning I do not want to eat all day.
This recipe was for me as obvious and do not much. I always have these ingredients in my cupboards. The result is really great, they are soft and crunchy on the edges. Whole wheat flour gives a rather original taste that brings the flavor, I love it! With green tea, it’s just a delight! I brought them with chocolate chips but you can change, I am sure they must be very good with raisins or nuts of all kinds.
