You begin to understand probably by following me on Instagram my love for bols. I love eating in! I find it convenient. I see many “lunch bowl” on Pinterest and it always inspires me greatly. There are always plenty of good things in it. For lunch, I propose a simple formula but delicious and full of good food. It is also a vegetarian dish (yay!). This recipe is nothing to do and even though the mixture may seem a bit “boiled” is very good and nourishing.
Right now, this is the kind of dish that I eat very often. I’m interested more in the healthy food. I wonder about what I eat, I look at the labels and the nutritional values of food. For a year, it becomes a real obsession (without becoming crazy, I still eat ice cream occasionally, I like it so much! I’m not talking about chocolate… but it seems that it is good for health then.. anyway, I begin to believe that processed sugar does not succeed for me, I don’t always feel great after eating. for cons, I seek and I find very sweet recipes that appear healthy and delicious, I have a very long list to make more soon! I will share all that with you 😊

4 large handfuls of fresh spinach
1/2 glass of French green lentils
10 cl (3 tbsp) light cream
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Sauté in a pan carrots with olive oil. Cover and stir occasionally so that it does not stick. Next, cook your lentills with 1 1/2 glass of water. Stir. Add spinach with carrots and chopped parsley. Salt and pepper both preparations. Serve simply with a beautiful tablespoon of light cream.
