We can not really talk about recipe but idea. At home, Sunday is often synonymous with brunch. We organize platters with several items, salads, creams, cheese, etc. One can add to this toast with goat cheese for example.
Here, it is especially the somewhat special bread that does everything. In France, we are fortunate to have many bakeries offering several special breads. I found this fig bread and apricot. It’s delicious! With goat and lettuce, it’s perfect 🙂
For 4 toasts
Preparation time : 5 minutes / Cooking time : 15 minutes
What you need :
- 4 slices of a special bread (bread with seeds, fruits, etc.)
- 2 goats halved
- some chives
1 . Cut 4 slices of bread. Place them on a cooktop covered with cooking paper.
2. Place on these slices of bread, goats halves, sprinkle with chives and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
It’s so easy to do! Yet it’s really quite good, especially when you have good french cheese.
