What you will need :
- 1 bunch baby carrots
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- salt and pepper
1 . Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
2. Do not remove the skin but properly clean your carrots. Go under water to remove the earth.
2. Perform in a bowl preparation with olive oil, chives and chiseled parsley.
4. With a kitchen brush, brush your carrots with the preparation on all sides.
5. Place the carrots on a hob covered with baking paper. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 ° C (400°F).
