Basic recipes are always important and you must know them. I propose today a recipe for bechamel sauce (it will serve you for my vegetarian lasagna dish, arriving on the blog …). But it is not the most healthy recipe that I know, there are butter, flour and milk … However, it will serve you and it must be fun time to time 🙂
Cooking time : 10 minutes
What you need :
- 50g butter
- 2 tbsp flour (can substitute rice flour)
- 1/3 liter milk
- 2 handful grated gruyere
- salt and pepper
1 . Melt the butter, add flour, stir with a whisk regularly.
2. When the mixture has thickened add gradually the milk, while continuing to mix.
3. Cut chives on top and mix.
4. Add salt and pepper. Remove from the heat.
That’s it ! Perfect to accompany your lasagna 🙂
